The trends in purchasing and consuming in local market after the Covid pandemic is E-COMMERCE getting up.

The consumer feel convenience to shop by online which is easy, safe time, especielly for the family with small children.

We have been increasing our import and sale during pandemic even more after pandemic.

What are the criteria for selecting suppliers? To meet the requirements for selling in the distribution channels in Norway, what criteria do Vietnamese products need to meet in terms of quality, production processes, and pricing?

It is important for supplier to follow/learn carefully the EU-rules in advanced before they start export with other word they can the EU rules avoiding unnecessary affect can happened like returning the container back to export countries.

The supplier must have the quality controll like HACCP, ISO or BRC

It is important that supplier can keep the deadline of production on time avoiding delay to keep importer logistic safe, especially Norway/north Europe have 4 seasons. Som how they consume different from one season to another.

We are facing the competitors everywhere nowadays and hopefully Vietnam can keep their price competitively and stabile.

Why do you buy from Vietnam? What products are the businesses/buyers looking for? What products do they see Vietnamese enterprises capable of producing but have not purchased from Vietnam before?

We have buying foodstuffs from Vietnam the last 10 years.

But the last 3 years we have been increasing our orders significantly as they have improved a lot of the products better packaging and design thru year by year.

For businesses are important quality and competitive price.

I do not know much what others businesses looking for from Vietnam.

It is important to market/promote what Vietnam have continuously to abroad.

It seems the Vietnamese enterprises are smart enough using the digital media/WA/email to find new buyer.
