The Government issued Decree No. 11/2022/ND-CP dated 15 January, 2022 to guide the implementation of authenticity certificate of fragrant rice for export to the EU and the UK

On January 15, 2022, the Government issued Decree No. 11/2022/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 103/2020/ND-CP dated September 4, 2020 on authenticity certificate of fragrant rice for export to the European Union to guide the implementation of authenticity certificate of fragrant rice for export to the European Union and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

This Decree amends and supplements a number of  provisions related to “fragrance rice”, “Form of authenticity certificate of fragrant rice”; “Application for authenticity certificate/re-certificate of fragrant rice”, the transitional application to consignments exported to the UK under the UKVFTA Agreement prior to the date of entry into force of this Decree, and other relevant contents.
