As part of his State visit to the Kingdom of Denmark, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam To Lam and His Majesty King Frederik X of Denmark jointly attended the Vietnam–Denmark Business Forum in Copenhagen on the morning of October 20 (local time).

At the Forum, General Secretary and President To Lam and King Frederik X witnessed the exchange of 16 cooperation documents between ministries, local authorities, businesses and organizations of the two countries.

The cooperation documents included:

1. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between 19-8 Hospital under Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security and Aalborg University Hospital (Denmark) on cooperation in life sciences, advanced biomedicine, digital transformation in healthcare, innovation and human resource development.
2. Cooperation Agreement between Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company and Nordic Travel Associates (NTA) on strategy and product development.
3. Memorandum of Understanding between VinaCapital Logistics Holdings Ltd and A.P. Moller Capital on cooperation in aviation logistics.
4. Memorandum of Understanding between PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation, a subsidiary of the Vietnam National Industry–Energy Group (Petrovietnam), and Topsoe on promoting technological solutions in the chemicals, fertilizers and sustainable energy sectors.
5. Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the 2026–2030 period between PTSC Mechanical & Construction (PTSC M&C) and Semco Maritime A/S on strengthening resources and developing global markets for offshore wind substation projects.
6. Memorandum of Understanding between Vietjet and Satair on expanding strategic cooperation in aircraft materials, supply chains and aviation services to support Vietjet’s fleet expansion plans and operations.
7. Memorandum of Understanding between FPT Corporation and the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen on research and cooperation in quantum information science and technology.
8. Memorandum of Understanding between Hateco Group and APM Terminals (Maersk Group) on cooperation in research, investment, development and operation of a railway freight terminal in Hai Phong.
9. Memorandum of Understanding between Vietnam Airlines and Copenhagen Airport on promoting cooperation in aviation and airport operations.
10. Memorandum of Understanding between Vietnam Airlines and the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) on developing potential areas of mutually beneficial cooperation and exploring the possibility of Vietnam Airlines becoming a member of the Confederation of Danish Industry.
11. Memorandum of Understanding between Vietnam Airlines and Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) on expanding codeshare cooperation in passenger and cargo transportation, frequent flyer programmes, corporate customer services and New Distribution Capability (NDC) management.
12. Cooperation Agreement between the Vietnam National Industry–Energy Group (Petrovietnam) and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) on the development and implementation of the South Central Offshore Wind Power Project 1.
13. Letter of Intent between the Hue City People’s Committee and Carlsberg on investment in expanding the brewery at Phu Bai Industrial Park in Hue City.
14. Letter of Intent between the Da Nang City People’s Committee and Carlsberg on Carlsberg Vietnam’s investment commitments for the 2026–2030 period.
15. Memorandum of Understanding between the Hanoi People’s Committee and LEGO Group on cooperation in implementing a STEAM education project (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics).
16. Cooperation Memorandum between Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade and Denmark’s Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities on cooperation in the energy sector.
